Rituala has two paid plans for getting your personalized hair routine. Same trichology-backed approach, different commitment.
The short version
Starter — $19 one-time (launch price; normal $29). Take the quiz, get your full routine, keep it. No recurring charges. Includes 30 AI chat messages and a one-time consultation.
Journey — $59/year (launch price; normal $79). Works out to about $4.92/month. Everything in Starter, plus unlimited routine regenerations, 100 AI messages every month, expert trichologist review, progress tracking, seasonal updates, and ongoing support.
Pick Starter if…
You want a clear plan, once.
Your hair is relatively stable — no big upcoming changes.
You're confident you can self-adjust over time, or you're testing Rituala before committing further.
You don't want a subscription.
Pick Journey if…
Your hair is in a transition — recovering from damage, growing out, going through life changes.
You want your routine to evolve automatically (seasons, climate, life events).
You like tracking progress and seeing the difference month over month.
You want a licensed trichologist to review your AI diagnosis.
$59 once a year feels worth it for ongoing guidance vs. paying for one-off updates.
The math
If you compare on a per-month basis: Starter is a flat $19 forever, while Journey is about $4.92/month. After roughly four months on Journey, you'll have spent slightly more than Starter — but you'd be paying for ongoing updates, more AI messages, and expert review that Starter doesn't include. If you'll use Rituala for more than a few months, Journey is usually the better deal.
Can I switch?
Yes — and Starter buyers get a full credit when upgrading. If you bought Starter for $19 and decide to upgrade to Journey, you'll only pay the difference ($59 − $19 = $40 at launch pricing). The upgrade option appears automatically in Account → Subscription once you're on Starter. Switching from Journey back down to Starter isn't supported as an automatic flow — you'd just cancel Journey and the routine stays accessible.
Can I try Journey first?
There's no free trial, but both Starter and Journey come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Journey isn't for you, email us within 30 days and we'll refund you. The free quiz also lets you preview your routine and decide which plan makes sense before paying anything.
Still unsure? Take the quiz — it's free — and see your routine before deciding.
