Resetting your password and login issues

How to reset your Rituala password, what to do if you're not getting reset emails, troubleshooting login issues, and how to recover an account when you've forgotten which email you used.

Locked out, forgot your password, or not getting login emails? Here's how to get back in.

Reset your password

  1. Go to tryrituala.com and click Sign in

  2. Click Forgot password?

  3. Enter the email address you signed up with

  4. Check your inbox for a reset link (it should arrive within a couple of minutes)

  5. Click the link, set a new password, and you're back in

Not getting the reset email?

  • Check spam, promotions, and updates folders. Reset emails sometimes get filtered.

  • Wait 5 minutes. Sometimes there's a small delay.

  • Make sure you're using the right email. If you signed up with a different one (e.g. work vs personal), the link won't go anywhere.

  • Try requesting again. The most recent link is the only valid one — older links expire.

  • Allow-list our sender address. If your email host is strict, add @tryrituala.com to your safe senders.

Sign-in not working even with the right password?

  • Caps lock? The first thing to check.

  • Wrong email? Some people have multiple email addresses and forget which one they signed up with. Try each one.

  • Email code or password? Rituala supports both email verification codes and passwords. If you set up your account with an email code (a 6-digit code sent to your inbox), use that instead of a password.

  • Browser issues? Try a different browser or an incognito window. Sometimes a stale cookie or extension blocks login.

Can't remember which email you used?

Email [email protected] from any of your likely addresses. Tell us roughly when you signed up and any details that might help us look you up. We'll find your account.

Account locked or suspended?

If you're seeing a "this account has been locked" or "suspended" message, contact us at [email protected]. This is rare and almost always due to suspected fraud — we'll review and unlock if it's a mistake.
