Whether you got a new email address, prefer using a different one, or just want to consolidate accounts, here's how to update the email associated with your Rituala account.
How to update your email address
Sign in at tryrituala.com
Go to Account → Profile
Click Update email
Enter your new email address
A verification email will be sent to the new address — click the link to confirm the change
Once verified, your new email is active for sign-in
Important things to know
You'll sign in with the new email going forward. The old one will no longer work for login.
Your routine, history, and subscription stay with the account. Updating your email doesn't reset anything.
Receipts and notifications will start going to the new address immediately after the change.
Don't lose access to the new email mid-update — the verification link goes there, and the change won't complete without clicking it.
What if I have two accounts I want to merge?
If you accidentally created two separate Rituala accounts (e.g., one with each email), don't try to "fix" it by updating the email — that won't merge them.
Email [email protected] from both addresses with a request to merge. We'll consolidate your routine and subscription manually so you don't lose anything.
What if I don't have access to my old email anymore?
Common situation: you signed up with an old work email, lost the job, and now can't get the verification email.
Email [email protected] from your new email and tell us:
Your old email (the one you can't access)
Your new email
Any details that prove you're the account owner — approximate sign-up date, plan, last 4 of the card you used
We'll verify and update manually.
