Quiz won't submit? Here's how to fix it

If you hit Submit and nothing happens — or you see an error — this page walks you through the most common fixes. Most people are through in under a minute.

Quick fixes to try first

  1. Refresh the page and try again. A brief network hiccup is the most common cause. Your answers are saved as you go, so you won't start over.

  2. Check your internet connection. Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or vice versa) and hit submit again.

  3. Try a different browser. If you're on Safari, try Chrome or Firefox. Some extensions can also block the submit request — try an incognito/private window.

  4. Clear your browser cache. Go to your browser settings → clear cached data → then reload tryrituala.com/quiz and resubmit.

Are my answers saved?

Yes. The quiz saves your progress as you move through each step. If the final submission fails, your answers are still recorded — you should be able to return to the quiz and submit without filling everything in again.
