After completing the Rituala quiz, some users are taken to a personalized Get Started or Consultation page (the URL looks like tryrituala.com/get-started?profile=...). If this page isn't loading or you're seeing an error, here's how to get unstuck.
The page won't load or shows a blank screen
Refresh the page. A brief network issue is the most common cause — your profile data is saved.
Sign out and sign back in. This refreshes your session and usually resolves access problems.
Try a different browser. If you're on Safari, try Chrome or Firefox. Some browser extensions can interfere with the page loading.
Clear your cache for tryrituala.com and try the link again.
You're stuck in a loop or keep being redirected
If the page keeps redirecting you back to the quiz or home screen, your consultation state may be in an incomplete state. Try the following:
Sign out completely and sign back in.
Navigate directly to tryrituala.com/get-started without the profile parameter.
If you're still stuck, message us in chat or email [email protected] — we can manually clear and reset your consultation state.
You see an error message on the page
If you see a specific error (e.g. "something went wrong" or "profile not found"):
Take a screenshot of the error.
Message us in chat or email [email protected] with the screenshot and the URL you were on.
We'll reset your consultation manually — this usually takes under an hour.
You're seeing a payment screen instead of your consultation
