I finished the quiz but can't access my routine

Troubleshooting for when the quiz completed successfully but you're still blocked from seeing your personalized routine — including paywall, beta access, and session issues.

If you submitted the quiz successfully but still can't get to your routine, here's how to troubleshoot by scenario.

You're seeing a payment or subscription screen

This is expected for new users — your routine is ready, but a plan is required to view it. Select a plan on that screen to continue.

If you expected free access (beta invite, promo code, or gifted access), follow the steps here: I'm being asked to pay — but I expected free access

You have a plan but the routine page won't load

  1. Refresh the page. Post-quiz routing occasionally needs a reload to recognize your plan status.

  2. Sign out and sign back in. This refreshes your session and clears most access issues.

  3. Try a different browser or device. If you're on Safari, try Chrome.

  4. Clear your cache and cookies for tryrituala.com and try again.

You're on beta access but still see a paywall

Beta access is applied manually to your account. If you just completed the quiz and are still hitting a paywall:

  1. Sign out and sign back in — beta access sometimes requires a fresh session to take effect.

  2. Make sure you're signed in with the same email your beta invite was sent to.

  3. If still stuck, message us in chat or email [email protected] with the subject "Beta access not showing" and we'll resolve it within a few hours.

You're being sent back to the quiz instead of your routine

If you're redirected to the quiz again after completing it, your submission may not have fully saved. Try submitting once more — your previous answers should pre-fill. If the quiz starts blank, see: Quiz not working: Continue button, submission errors, and other issues

You can't find your routine in the app

Your routine lives in the main navigation. If you're signed in and can't see it, sign out and back in. If the issue continues, message us in chat.


Most access issues resolve with a sign-out and sign-in. If yours doesn't, message us in chat or email [email protected] — we'll get you in.
