How billing works
Journey Monthly — $10/month at launch pricing (normal price $12.99/mo). Billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
Journey Annual — $59/year at launch pricing (normal price $79/yr). Billed once per year. Works out to ~$4.92/month equivalent — roughly 51% cheaper than monthly if you stick with it for the year.
No long-term contract — both intervals auto-renew until you cancel.
Switch intervals anytime — go to Account → Subscription and click Manage in account on your current plan. The Stripe customer portal handles the switch and any proration cleanly. You don't have to cancel and re-subscribe.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where supported. Stripe handles checkout securely.
Upgrading from Starter? You get full $19 credit for your previous Starter purchase applied to the upgrade.
How do I pick between Monthly and Annual?
Monthly is best if you want to try Journey without committing to a year — same feature set, just $10 at a time. What happens if I cancel?
You keep full Journey access until the end of your current billing period (the rest of that month or year). After that, your routine and hair profile remain in your account — you just lose Journey-only features (no more adaptive updates, AI chat drops to free-tier limits, progress tracking pauses for new entries but past entries stay viewable).
