Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where supported. Stripe handles checkout securely.
Upgrading from Starter? You get full $19 credit for your Starter purchase, so the upgrade only costs $40 at launch pricing.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep full Journey access until the end of your current billing year. After that, your routine and hair profile remain in your account — you just lose Journey-only features (no more adaptive updates, AI chat drops to free-tier limits, progress tracking pauses for new entries but past entries stay viewable).
Is there a monthly Journey plan?
Journey is annual-only at launch — there's no monthly option. The $4.92/month figure you'll see in the app is the per-month equivalent of the annual price; you're billed once a year for $59. We chose annual because hair transformation works on a months-long timescale, not weeks.
