Before you delete: cancel your subscription
If you're on the Journey plan, cancel your subscription first so you're not charged again after your account is deleted. See How to cancel your Journey subscription.
Starter is a one-time purchase — no ongoing billing, nothing to cancel.
How to delete your account
Account deletion is handled by our support team to confirm your identity and make sure the right account is removed.
Message us in chat or email [email protected] with the subject line "Delete my account."
Include the email address associated with your account.
We'll confirm your identity and process the deletion within 3 business days.

Your hair profile and quiz answers
Your personalized routine
Any progress photos you've uploaded (Journey plan)
Your Ask Rituala conversation history
What stays
Billing records: Stripe retains transaction history for legal and tax purposes. We don't control this.
Refunds: Deleting your account doesn't automatically trigger a refund. See our Refund policy if you're deleting due to dissatisfaction.
