The moment you submit your quiz, here's exactly what happens next.
What you'll see immediately
Rituala processes your answers and generates your personalized hair care routine in a few seconds. You'll then land on one of two screens:
Your routine — if you already have an active plan (paid, beta, or promo access)
The plan selection screen — if this is a new account without an active plan
If you see a payment or plan selection screen
This is expected for new users. Your quiz results and routine are ready — the plan screen is the next step before you can view them. Select a plan to access your routine. If you have a promo code, enter it on this screen.

Your quiz answers are always saved
Your answers don't expire. If you close the browser, log out, or come back days later, your hair profile is preserved. You don't need to retake the quiz.
Can I retake the quiz?
Yes — at any time from your profile settings. If your hair has changed (new color treatment, big chop, change in products), retaking gives you updated recommendations. See: How to retake the quiz or update your hair profile

If you made it through the quiz but still can't access your routine, message us in chat and we'll get you sorted.
