Your first product recs.

Those are free. You do not need to pick a plan to view them.

This is not expected.

A payment screen should not block your first routine. Journey is optional — it’s the living product (save, tracking, swaps, photo, Ask AI), with a 7-day free trial on monthly.

Your answers don’t expire. If you close the app or come back later, your hair profile is still there. You don’t need to retake the quiz.

Yes. If your hair has changed (new color, a big cut, a product change), retake it in the Rituala app for updated recommendations. See How to retake the quiz or update your hair profile.

That’s optional, and it comes after you’ve seen the free first view.
